Pauline Collin Bereche Champagne 1er Cru Vieilles Vignes Ludes 2020 MENU The wine is layered andPauline Collin is one of the most exciting new voices in grower Champagne, and this is only her second release. She comes from a long line of growers in Ludes, a premier cru village high on the Montagne de Reims, and she trained at Krug and Ruinart before working alongside her husband Raphael Bereche. Her credo is simple: one wine, one terroir, one vintage. To do it, she reclaimed roughly two hectares of the family's finest old vine parcels to farm,
