Burroughs, Insurance Manager. He was born in Wayland, N. Y. in 1851. He was educated in Illinois University, Champaign, Illinois. In 1890, he moved to Chicago and became Manager of the Farm Branch of the Phoenix Insurance Company of Brooklyn, N. Y.
