Grapes are hand harvested, then undergo 24 weeks of skin maceration in cement before spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Bottled mid fermentation using the ancestral method, with no additions, fining, or filtration. Lightly cloudy, energetic, and deeply rooted in site and method.
