1894 Opera Emma Eames Edouard De Reszke Basso - ORIGINAL STAGE2 EUM1 This is an original 1955Emma Eames. Born in Shanghai, China of American parents, she grew up in Boston, and made her operatic debut at the Paris Grand Opera in 1889 as "Juliette." She was married to Julian Story. On the reverse: Edouard De Reszke. The brother of Jean De Reszke, he was born in Warsaw in 1855 and was a famous basso singer of grand opera.
