1926 Print United States Colonial Settlement Monument First Child Virginia NGM1 IPR1 "The White Line Radiator BelongsThis is an original 1926 halftone print of the site of English settlement in America. The monument reads: "On this site, in July, August 1585, O. S. colonists sent out from England by Sir Walter Raleigh built a fort called by them 'The New Fort in Virginia.'"
