Persian Qajar vase but I would guess maybeI believe this sweet cast lead polar bear was made by Britains, London toy company in the early 20th century or so, and was once part of a larger zoo or circus set. I find him completely charming and really love his paws up posture and that he is hollow, which makes him the perfect finger puppet!
