The helmet retains the original olive green paint and has the original DP (Dfense Passive) "Flaming Bomb" marked Civil Defense badge attached to the front. The Defense Passive was a French civil defense organization that was set up by the Germans, and tasked with organizing shelters and helping to protect cities and
