Jaures fraktur bird curious little objects I couldSeveral years ago I had a waterfall painting that seemed to me very erotic, and this one, oil on tin, feels a bit that way too I think particularly because of the tight framing of the rushing blue fall, which somehow me think of Duchamp's tant donns, viewed through a peephole. But, whatever, it's a lovely and satisfying waterfall. In an excellent period silver gessoed frame. And feels quite contemporary too, straight forward but on the edge of pure
