Sweet Little Carved Wooden Bird with Blue-Gray Paint (No Legs) MoMA with some age on itJust a sweet little bird to perch somewhere, which is does just fine despite (or maybe better because of) having lost its legs. I might guess German, but don't know for certain; I really like the form and disposition of it, looking gentle and curious, with tiny carved circles for the eyes and a pointy little pale yellow beak. A perfect shade of light gray with a bit of blue in it, making it almost baby blue, which is lost here and there, more on one
