Small Hand-crafted Old Wooden Wall Shelf for Tiny Curios box with lion and l is in goodWhat a curious little shelf this is, stamped on the back as having been made by Ebenezer Averill Boxworks. I've done some digging and have found a few Ebenezer Averill's from these parts from the 18th and 19th centuries, but have not found any citations of a Boxworks, so am not quite sure of the age of this piece, though I might guess late 19th early 20th c. I'm also not quite sure what is was made for perhaps for spools of thread and thimbles? It
