The left of the blade is marked SA 1912 (Springfield Arsenal) with an ordnance bomb, the obverse is marked US 535926. The bayonet retains its full length and was not cut down during WWII. The blade is bright with crisp markings, all surfaces appear to be original, the lug locking mechanism functions correctly. The blade has a fine
