The "SWP" stamp on the stock is still visible in spite of this

A very hard bayonet to find already 100+ years old

fork and spoon of a suitable pat tern can be placed in the case along with the other articles of the kit

The exposure to the elements explains the woo'd bleach appearance and the loss to some of the brass wire especially around the ball head
