SMOKIN BROTHERS MEAT PROBE FOR PID CONTROL - Older Style PGGXLC The ergonomic handles on 360Description Smokin Brothers Meat Probe is used with the PID Program Control. The probe can be used with the PID Cook Program or independently to monitor the internal food temperature. Connect to the jack on the faceplate and insert the probe in the meat. When connected the displays will cycle between the grill and food temperatures. PLEASE NOTE This Meat Probe DOES NOT work with the Que View Controller.
