On January 4, 1896, Utah was officially admitted as the 45th State in the United States. On July 4th of that year, the U. S. 45 Star flag was introduced as the new National flag, and would remain so until July 3rd, 1908, when the 46 Star Flag was introduced following the November 16, 1907 addition of Oklahoma to the Union. Only made for just 12 years, these flags are quite rare, and
