Gorgeous Pair of Victorian Turned Croquet Posts in Original Paint - 22 Inches travel paint box The print measures 10" xI've long been admiring both the forms and the glorious color on early croquet posts, so was delighted to finally find this pair in Maine a few days ago. Great original paint, terrific palette, beautiful turned forms looking like stacks of spools. The only thing missing is a base for display (one sometime sees stands composed of a couple of old croquet balls), but certainly there are also sorts of ways in which to show these. I look as readymade
