I believe this one likely dates to the first half of the 20th century and was made by a member of the Sámi or Saami culture

It is signed (initialed) to the right of the right paw print

There are a few small stains on the backing fabric

With a great silhouette

but I have never seen another set like this: inside the walls of each of the boxes are what I'd guess are tiny metal balls
