Paysan Chardonnay Jack's Hill 2024 brut Shades of green and aquaPaysan Chardonnay is a white wine from Monterey, California. Bright, with orchard fruit giving way to an intense minerality. The wine is produced predominantly from a few vineyards at the base of Jacks Hill, planted on the distinct iron oxide granite that dominates the east side of the Salinas Valley, directly east of Sleepy Hollow North. It opens with aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and white flowers, leading into a palate thats crisp and clean,
