Fully cameo obverse, the toning on the reverse makes it harder to tell, still frosty on the devices but the toning makes it tricky to tell if this would get a cameo designation. I don't often do this but, on this coin, if you send it in and it doesn't come back 63 or better, I'll refund (on return) or reduce the price (your choice).
