Constructed of a mottled grey and police green cotton cloth base, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered green Ordnungspolizei insignia in the form of an oval oak leaf wreath overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a wreathed black mobile swastika, topped by an inscription of FRANKFURT (ODER) in identical machine embroidery, unmarked, measuring 85 mm (w) x 95 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
