Constructed of dark grey blue wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver grey oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, overlaid by a machine embroidered golden yellow diving Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, unmarked but demonstrating the characteristics of a Type 3 badge, measuring 50 mm (w) x 60 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
