Footnote: The Loyal Edmonton Regiment traces its lineage to 1908 with the formation of the 101st Regiment, redesignated 101st Regiment (Edmonton Fusiliers) in 1909. In March 1920 it was redesignated The Edmonton Regiment. During the major reorganization of the Militia in May 1924, this unit was reorganized into two regiments, The Edmonton
