Constructed of a dark blue wool base, the obverse bearing a hand embroidered gold bullion wire Kriegsmarine eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 95 mm (w) x 40 mm (h), demonstrating moderate material fatigue and mothing throughout, in uniform removed and very fine condition.
