Fermented with native yeasts and aged on the lees for nearly a year in stainless steel and fiberglass, this is a no SO, skin contact wine that brings a subtle grip and salinity without sacrificing freshness. It's Oriol's entry level white, but still speaks clearly of Alella's granite rich soils and Mediterranean influence.
