A Second War Canadian Custom Tanker's Helmet certificate_of_authenticity circa 1820Fabricated from bakelite with a white finished exterior and red finished underside, the outside of the shell with a 45 mm wide strip of leather stitched in place, which acted as a buffer between the liner and the missing helmet. Inside, the butterscotch coloured leather headband runs around the circumference, the ends of which are stitched together at the rear, the headband stamped in black ink with the Canadian Broad Arrow insignia on the left side,
