Each shape emulates a body of water and is created by melting down scraps of recycled silver into a molten ball

The shapes are hammered to catch the light and made in recycled brass with recycled silver posts and backs

It has been hand carved in wax then cast in solid recycled brass or silver giving it a pleasing

but striking earrings are based on the beautiful pale and papery oval seed pods of the honesty plant

At first glance they are pleasingly substantial hoops, but close up the detail of the fish scales and features make these rather special. They measure approximately 2cm from top to bottom.
