Tostaky VDF Red 2023 Favorita easy-to-enjoy wineA fresh, primeur style red from Roussillon made with equal parts Grenache and Syrah sourced from 45 year old vines rooted in granitic sand. Farmed biodynamically, the wine undergoes semi carbonic maceration for 8 days to emphasize lift and fruit. A short aging period of three weeks in barrel keeps the profile vibrant and immediate. Unfined and unfiltered, it captures a raw, energetic expression of the vintage.
