Constructed of gilded tombak with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting an enameled HJ insignia situated within a gilded border, the reverse with a vertical pinback, stamped with an issue number of 61602, also marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code M1 78 for Paulmann & Crone, Ldenscheid, measuring 16. 87 mm (w) x 29. 20 mm (h), weighing 3. 0 grams, in extremely fine condition.
