A well preserved Heer Officers sabre, measuring 92. 5 cm in total length when inserted into the scabbard. It features a 79 mm long, nickel plated, magnetic steel blade with a sharpened tip and lower edge, a fuller running approximately two thirds of the length of each side, and double sided acid etched designs on the upper half.
