Constructed of a police green wool base, the obverse bearing a hand embroidered Ordnungspolizei insignia in the form of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse retaining a fully intact black paper liner, unmarked, measuring 95 mm (w) x 80 mm (h), in unissued and near mint condition.
