It is a Feldpost letter. On the front is an ink stamp from the East Asian Expedition Corps. The reverse shows two paper stamps of the Commander of the East Asian Expedition Corps. An ink stamp dates the letter to September 16, 1901. Footnote: The East Asian Expedition Corps was a German led multi national army of 64,000 men from Germany, the US, the UK, France,
