Constructed of gilded zink, the obverse consisting of a central circular laurel wreath, joined together at the bottom by a swastika, surrounding a central raised eagles head, flanked on each side by nine oak leaves, with two clips emanating from the bottom of the wreath, securing in place a hanger constructed of gilded zink and consisting of a central star flanked on each side by clusters of
