Jordi Llorens Blankaforti Negre 2015 Absinthe Van Brunt Stillhouse is bringingGrenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. They are planted on soils comprised of clay, red loam and chalk stones, at an altitude of 400 to 600 metres. A wine with no D. O., from organic and biodynamic agriculture. Manually harvested, semi carbonic maceration and fermented in stainless steel deposits with local yeasts. Aged on its lees for 6 months in stainless steel deposits. No added sulfur. ORGANIC and NATURAL.
